This is a great pleasure to sign my uncle's guestbook. I remember when my uncle still lived at home in our family house on Greenview. He just had something special about him. He spent the most time with me and understood me. He would even let me sleep in his water bed with him. When he moved to VA he would even drive to Mississippi to come get me to stay with him for the summer. Every summer I learned a lot. Mr. Bolar you are the best. You are serious and sweet. I am so lucky to carry the same last name as you. You are my role model. I love you. Your Pound Cake. |

Back in the day everyone from Picayune, MS knew D.W. McRaney III a.k.a. Mr. Mac. When he died I was fifteen. The most important time for discipline and parental influence in ones life. Because I knew everything, I forced myself to learn a lot of life's lessons the HARD way. Lawrence, sorry "Boo Boo", you amaze me. I wish every Father had the same attitude that you have. I never knew you were Fatherless when we were playing on the playgrounds at West Side Elementary. Your size simply scared the help out of me. Keep up the good work. You have to be a good parent, just look at the role model you've become. |

It was so good to see you and your family on Saturday. I'm glad you did a book signing for the home town people. I have already finished the book. Now Richard can read it. You are so right about Nothing Substitutes Time. I tell Richard daily, " Your girls look up to you for guidance and they are growing up. If you don't teach them the right way a man should treat them, how will they know." I enjoyed the book. You know, my dad and I didn't always see eye to eye. Now we try to keep in touch. God Bless You! Keep up the good work and hope to see you again soon. Love ya! |

Mr. Bolar:
I was very inspired by your book. I have passed it on to my son to read and I know that he will enjoy it. God bless and continue to do good deeds. It is a pleasure to work with you. |
